What is the entry submission process?
All entries must be submitted via the website via the electronic voting form.
Can I submit more than one entry?
Yes. You may submit as many entries as you feel relevant.
Can I make multiple votes for the same category?
This is possible however; the judging panel will not count multiple votes by the same company/individual for the same category.
Do I need to submit supporting information?
Although not mandatory, we strongly recommend that each nomination is accompanied by supporting evidence.
Can I make a submission on behalf of someone else?
Yes. PR, marketing departments can submit entries on behalf of their clients’.
What do I need to include in my supporting evidence?
Information that supports your entry for example – client testimonials, other industry accolades, positive press, notable innovations in technology and customer service, brand differentiators.
Is there a shortlist?
Yes there is a shortlist; you will be notified by a member of our awards team if you have made the shortlist.
Is there a runner-up?
There will be an outright winner per category per country. In addition there will also be a number of ‘Highly Recommended’ companies that will be recognised.
What happens if I win?
Each winner will be notified by a member of the awards team. Each winner and highly recommended company will appear in our special international awards publication and will be featured on our website for a period of 12 months.
How will you market the Corporate Travel Awards?
We will publish the special awards edition and inform the entire readership of Finance Monthly and Lawyer Monthly magazine. In addition our digital marketing department will market the Corporate Travel Awards across all digital platforms for a period of 12 months to ensure that each winner and highly recommended firm achieves the maximum exposure.
